IDENTICAL CIRCULAR NO. 9 OF 2001
VACANCIES IN THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE: KWAZULU-NATAL PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATION
This circular is issued in terms of the recruitment measures contained in Public Service Regulation 1999 and in this regard it is important to note that the Public Service is an equal opportunities, affirmative action employer.
The contents of this minute must without delay be brought to the notice of all eligible officers and employees on your establishment including those in branch/regional offices Departments/Administrations must try to notify all potential candidates who may qualify for posts in this Circular minute even if they are absent from their normal places of work.
Directions to Candidates
Applications are to be submitted on the prescribed Z83 forms accompanied by a detailed Curriculum Vitae. This should be forwarded to the Department of Agriculture and Environmental Affairs through the candidate’s department/administration.
Candidates must indicate the number of this circular.
Candidates requiring additional information (e.g. post requirements) must direct their enquiries in writing to the Department of Agriculture and Environmental Affairs or telephonically to the person indicated below the post.
The qualifying requirements for the filling of posts are those prescribed in either the appropriate Public Service Regulations of 1999 and CORE or other relevant document. Posts where the normal and prescribed requirements apply are identified in the circular minute by the words "as prescribed".
Where other requirements than those prescribed apply it will be indicated in each case.
