It is recommended that students have a fair working knowledge of at least two of the following scientific subjects, e.g. Biology, Physical Science, Mathematics and Geography.
Applicants who completed their schooling outside the Republic of South Africa should have their school certificate assessed by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA), Postnet Suite 248, Private Bag X06, Waterkloof, Pretoria, 0145. English, Mathematics and Physical Science have the highest weighting followed by Biology, Geography, Home Economics and Agricultural Science.
